The portal will flag any gaps in your application. Generally, we don’t receive complaints about the functionality of Duke University’s system. If you do have any technical issues, try using a different browser and opening in “Incognito Mode”.
In the worst-case scenario, contact the school and politely explain the issue as clearly as possible, remembering that all interactions are logged and attached to your application.
(In the form of a checklist) Some things to check before you hit submit:
- Ensure that Autofill hasn’t entered incorrect information at any point.
- Check thoroughly for spelling errors and grammatical inconsistencies.
- Go over the attached documents. Make sure they’re the right version, clear to read, not encrypted or password-protected, and under the required file size.
- Avoid submitting at the 11th-hour. The website may experience heavy traffic which could slow down the server. The last thing you want is to miss the deadline.
